THE CHALLENGE

Clarity’s challenge was to develop a clear value proposition for four service and maintenance plans, there was currently confusion around the product portfolio and the sales process needed streamlining.

THE Approach

We produced a clear simplified portfolio of products that were easy to understand and sell.

We created a set of icons to help the user understand the features of the products quickly and clearly.

Delivered targeted digital and print tools to sell the new simplified product portfolio.

A customer focused plan selector tool was the key
feature in helping dealers sell the plans.

To generate interest in the forthcoming toolkit, we delivered a unique message to Dealer Principles, in a bespoke video brochure.
